By availing of any services at Saisadhana Beauty Parlour, the client (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Health Disclosure: The Customer must disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, epilepsy, heart conditions), or recent surgeries before the commencement of any treatment.
Patch Test: For services involving chemicals (hair color, chemical peels, lash lifts), a patch test is mandatory 24–48 hours prior. If the Customer insists on proceeding without a patch test, they do so at their own risk.
In accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Parlour’s liability is limited as follows:
Undisclosed Information: The Parlour shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction arising from the Customer's failure to disclose relevant medical or allergic history.
Natural Variations: The Customer understands that results for beauty treatments (e.g., hair color, facials) can vary based on individual skin/hair types. The Parlour does not guarantee an "exact match" to reference images.
Third-Party Products: While the Parlour uses reputable brands, it is not liable for manufacturing defects in products regulated under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
Personal Belongings: The Parlour is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal jewelry, clothing, or valuables brought onto the premises.
The Parlour reserves the right to refuse service to any individual if:
The service requested may cause harm to the Customer due to an existing condition.
The Customer displays abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff (Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 compliance).
No Refund Policy: Once a service is rendered and accepted by the Customer, no refunds will be issued.
Rectification: If the Customer is dissatisfied, they must notify the management within 24 hours. We will offer a complimentary "rectification service" at our discretion, but this does not constitute an admission of fault.
